Challenge
Microsoft has given us the challenge of producing the new Xbox consoles simultaneously with the other manufacturer, located in China.

We decided to produce the Xbox consoles at our plant in Manaus, MASA Molds & Plastics.
Solutions
The biggest challenge was the consoles' delivery deadline, the same day as the Chinese manufacturer. The copy&paste technique was applied in the industrial processes, taking into account the time zone difference between Brazil and China.
At the end of the project, Microsoft launched the console in the global market on the same day, achieving the desired result.
